Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados peeled and pitted
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or vegan yogurt for extra creaminess

Instructions
 

  • Blend Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine the ripe avocados, fresh cilantro leaves, lime juice, minced garlic, and yogurt (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Season to Taste: Taste the avocado crema and season with salt and pepper to your liking. Adjust the lime juice or cilantro to suit your taste preferences.
  • Chill and Serve: Transfer the avocado crema to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld together. Serve chilled as a dip, sauce, or topping for your favourite dishes.
