2. Korean Spicy Cucumber Salad (Oi Muchim)

Ingredients
English cucumbers: 2 English cucumbers
Gochugaru
Korean red pepper flakes: 1 tablespoon
Garlic: 2 cloves
minced
Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon
Instructions
Slice 2 English cucumbers thinly and place them in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tablespoon gochugaru, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and toss until well coated.
