2. Korean Spicy Cucumber Salad (Oi Muchim)

Ingredients
  

  • English cucumbers: 2 English cucumbers
  • Gochugaru Korean red pepper flakes: 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic: 2 cloves minced
  • Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon

Instructions
 

  • Slice 2 English cucumbers thinly and place them in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, mix 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tablespoon gochugaru, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
  • Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and toss until well coated.
