Ingredients
Thinly sliced cucumbers: 2 medium cucumbers
Rice vinegar: 1/4 cup
Sugar: 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
Toasted sesame seeds: 1 tablespoon
Instructions
In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 1 tablespoon soy sauce until the sugar dissolves.
Add thinly sliced cucumbers (2 medium cucumbers) to the dressing and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds before serving.
